Adam Mathis

Mr. Mathis has served as CFO for various biotech companies with over 30 years of experience. He has overseen private and strategic investments, bridge financing, acquisitions, and IPO’s, altogether totaling over $500 million in transactions. Mr. Mathis has also been integrally involved in managing the finances of grant funded startups, as well as companies undergoing clinical trials. Mr. Mathis brings his in-depth knowledge of the financial underpinnings of biotech commercialization to Cytex as a fractional CFO.
